June 11, 2012 – Air Marshall Signs Distribution Agreement with National Patent Analytical Systems, Inc.

Air Marshall, Inc. has partnered with National Patent Analytical Systems, Inc. (NPAS) in order to promote their products and services to the aerospace industry.

NPAS was formed as a division of National Patent Development Corporation (AMEX) in 1986 as a manufacturer of evidential breath alcohol detection products for drunk driving enforcement.

The company was acquired by the present principals in 1991, moved from

the East Coast to Ohio and is a significant competitor in its field. With the acquisition of Courtland Industries (0U8Z9) in 1998, National Patent became a

manufacturer of relays and contactors for the aerospace industry with its main focus on military aircraft.

Courtland’s Specialty was 250 amp and above relays and contactor for fixed wing and rotary aircraft, that specialty continues today.

High Current Contactors: These products are specialized relay assemblies used by U.S. and Foreign Military forces. They are utilized primarily in military

aircraft although some are sold for commercial applications. The company has the ability to design and qualify these products to military specifications doing

virtually all fabrication and testing in house.
