Air Marshall Terms & Conditions for Purchase Order Quality Requirements.
Air Marshall, Inc. ensures the adequacy of requirements that are specified by the Purchase Order prior to their communication to the external providers for:
A. All processes, products and services to be provided including the identification of relevant technical data, specifications, drawings, process requirements, work instructions etc);
B. The approval of:
1. Product and services;
2. Methods, processes and equipment
3. The release of products & services
C. Competence, including personnel qualifications when required
D. Interactions of the EPs with Air Marshall, Inc. (AMI).
E. Control and monitoring of the EPs performance to be applied by AMI
F. Verification or validation activities that AMI or its customers may perform at the EP’s facility.
G. Test, inspection and verification
H. The use of statistical techniques for product acceptance and related instructions for acceptance by AMI.
I. The need to:
J. The right of access by AMI, their customer, and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of facilities and to applicable documented information, at any level of the supply chain;
K. Ensuring that persons are aware of:
